Service Description
Breath work has been used as a tool assisting with depression, anxiety, stress and tension. It has also been used to reach higher states of consciousness. After consultation with your trainee's, we will discuss goals and intensions; discovering which breath work exercises will be most beneficial for your studio. Breath work is also great for those who are preparing for pregnancy, experience asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, struggle with mindfulness or engaging in meditation, & much more. Natasha, M.A., M.Ed. will introduce your group to 8-10 breath work exercises, with an eastern and western philosophy & research. Your teachings will differ from other studios by learning and sharing the SCIENCE behind these techniques in this ivy league educational workshop. Upon completion, your team will know different methods to engage in each breathing technique, implementation for instruction, time management, and confidence in their ability to practice breath work on your students.
